Graphic design and photography for the book Tang, Grøntsager Fra Havet written by Ole Mouritsen. The book was published in Danish in 2009 by Nyt Nordisk Forlag Arnold Busck. In 2013 is was translated to English and published internationally by The University of Chicago Press.
